Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are eligible under our return policy. Please review the details in each product page and follow the instructions below.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return condition

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging and accessories included (if applicable). We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us within the return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, damaged item, or similar).

Exceptions

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
